Otto Link Tenor (1950's) "Tone Edge" table stamp 5
Here is an original Florida era “Tone Edge” 5. This mouthpiece has the tip size stamped on the table and measures .075” on my gauge.
This is a very clean example of how beautiful the factory work was in the early Florida period. This early run of Tone Edges feature a larger chamber than the models that would follow and a very gente baffle profile that rolls into the tip. The rubber has discolored to a beautiful olive brown patina and has the shorter, rounded shank.
