No trials or refunds will be accepted without the prior consent of Sebastian Knox Woodwinds, Ltd.

Sebastian Knox Woodwinds, Ltd. are not responsible for duties, fees or customs charges.

The customer is responsible for the safe return of any items out on trial. All returns are subject to a $75 restocking fee.
