Here is an original Dukoff D7* alto from the 1970's. It is stamped Miami FL and measures .088" on my guage.
The D chamber design was the first mouthpiece to be introduced for rock styles. The most famous example is of course, David Sanborn who has used these since the 70's.
This one is very clean on the table and tip but as noted in the photos, there is a tooth gouge and ligature wear on the barrel.
